Gratitude

As you probably already know, life has a way of making it easy to forget all the incredible things we already have when we’re putting so much focus on the things we don’t have…

Sometimes I catch myself falling into a zone where all I can think about are the things I want and have no way of obtaining anytime soon; it makes me feel hopeless.  However, there are times where I literally had to look at the clock and tell myself that at this very moment, I have EVERYTHING I could ever need…and usually I remind myself of how grateful I should be for my health, my family and the people who I am surrounded by daily.  I couldn’t imagine how life would be without my friends, my roommates and my co-workers…my job…

I just feel the more I count my blessings, the less there is to be upset about. With that being said, I have everything I could ever need and I truly am living a beautiful life. For that I am thankful.
