Sometimes Things Are Meant to Be Left Behind

I was looking through book reviews on Amazon in hopes to find a book that would help me with making a decision about something I am confused about. Have you ever been so focused on a career goal (for so long) that it is possible you either 1) lost who you are in the process or 2) started to wonder if maybe your goals need to adjust and accommodate to your current life circumstances?
